I run social media content for 93.7 The Ticket, a sports talk station in Lincoln, Nebraska. I started in September 2025, and my job is getting what happens on the air in front of people who aren’t listening live.
That means a lot of different work. I clip the best moments from the show, edit them in Premiere Pro, caption them, and post them on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Facebook. I design show graphics, clip videos for social media, and I shoot photos around the studio.
Sports talk moves fast. A good take has maybe an hour before everyone’s on to the next thing, so I’ve gotten good at spotting the moment worth clipping and getting it out quickly. Like I do for In the Pit with Jason Peter and Grant Wistrom, the best show in all of radio.
Since I started, the station’s YouTube audience has grown 45% and climbing.
